Sekiryu (関龍作) knives are made in Seki, Japan, a city known for blade making for more than 700 years. These boxed sets combine knives from the classic poplar handle line, including versions with holes in the blade. A practical way to outfit a new station, or a gift for staff. Blade: stainless steel (420J2). Bolster: nylon. Handle: poplar wood. Hardness: HRC 50-53. Made in Seki, Japan.
